Campsite 2.5.0 FreeBSD Port Now Available

Monday, April 3rd, 2006

Campware FreeBSD guru Ondra Koutek reports that he has upgraded the FreeBSD port of Campsite (www/campsite) to the latest version, 2.5.0.

Look in the Campsite
manual for a howto for FreeBSD, but installation is
the same as with other ports. So feel free to "make install clean" and
enjoy "campsite-create-instance" after that.

Note that Campsite does not work on FreeBSD 4.x and older, the port
for these systems is marked broken. Therefore we recommend using
FreeBSD 5.x or 6.x with Campsite.
